I tedeschi Colour Haze sono per me la migliore band stoner rock in circolazione, e il nuovo album She Said, che vede un maggiore utilizzo della voce rispetto al passato, non mi ha affatto deluso.

Sarà stato troppo hyped questo esordio per il duo Blondes? Può anche darsi, più che altro stupisce l’eco che ha avuto un disco house fuori dai soliti circuiti. E l’album merita davvero.

House music distillata da Oxia, al suo miglior lavoro di sempre, raccolta club-oriented ma che non rinuncia al dettaglio che ne rende piacevole l’ascolto.

Un disco super! oscuro e affascinante, da non perdere! Non sapevo se metterlo sotto Elettronica o sotto Techno, il denominatore comune in ogni caso è l’industrial

Altro disco techno, Square è il nuovo (capo)lavoro di Redshape, che in fatto di techno “intelligente” non ha eguali (nemmeno il brillante Andy Stott è riuscito a stare al suo passo con “Luxury Problems”).

Un’opera rock maestosa, il disco degli Swans è senza dubbio difficile ma ad ascolti multipli rivela tutta la sua bellezza.
22. El-P – Cancer For Cure
(Alt Rap)
El Producto esce con un disco di forte impatto, potente e tagliente, dalle atmosfere cupe se non distopiche, nonchè un’ottima espressione di elettronica votata al rap.

Può piacere come no, ma a questo impiastro psichedelico dei Goat di certo non mancano l’originalità né le qualità per farlo rientrare in una classifica Best Of !

Avrebbero potuto o dovuto essere più avanti in classifica i bravissimi Tame Impala? Può darsi…fatto stà che gli australiani bissano alla grande il successo di Innerspeaker.
